Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. The promotion is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees of Little One Baby and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person, per prize permitted. The promotion commences 1st May 2010 and closes last mail 11.59pm 15th October 2010. The promotion will be judged by Little One Baby. Judging will take place on the 20th October 2010 at the premises of Little One Baby. Prize winners will be contacted using phone, mail or email based on the details provided at entry. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each winner will be judged individually based on creativity and content. Participants may enter as follows: Answer the question provided in 100 words or less. Provide your full name, age, address and phone number and the names and ages of any children that you may have. The judges decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise stated by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and Little One Baby may use this information in any media without any further reference or payment to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Little One Baby.
The prizes available are not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
Little One Baby, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of an entrant participating in this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of Little One Baby, we reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by the law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

This issue of Little One Baby offers competitions that may require you to provide information about yourself if you choose to enter. If you provide information about yourself to Little One Baby, the company may use this information to provide you with the products or services you have requested, and may need to supply this information to contractors that help Little One Baby do this.
